If you’ve scheduled an appointment with us or are considering hiring us, we’ve put together some helpful tips here to help us best serve your Pittsburgh junk removal needs.
First, if you haven’t already scheduled an appointment, you will need to do that. We answer our phones from 10am-8pm daily and are happy to schedule you according to your needs – we can even do evening and weekend appointments! While we attempt to make every effort possible to do same or next day service, calling in advance notice will help you get the best appointment time. Once your appointment is setup, here are some things to do:[su_list icon=”icon: caret-right” icon_color=”#098d13″]
- Have Items Ready for Removal: For curbside service, this means having everything gathered in one spot in your garage or driveway.
- Box/Bag Small Items if Possible: Please let us know if you’ll need us to provide totes to haul away multiple small items or have them ready for pick-up in boxes or bags.
- Be sure Driveway/Doorway is Accessible: Our truck will need approximately 20′ clearance in order to safely load and remove items. Please be sure there is parking space available.
- Have Payment Ready: Payment is due at time of service after the job is complete. We accept cash, check, and all major Credit Cards.
